Why Blueberries


Blueberries are a prime source of antioxidants and high in vitamin A and C and contain many important minerals.  Blueberries are low in calories, only 45 per half a cup, and have low fructose levels, only 14g  per cup. Blueberries may help your body in many ways. I have included a few examples for you.
